CatchK is currently a demand-validation beta for K-content item sourcing from Korea. Submitting a request reserves waitlist priority and does not create a completed purchase order.

Beta status

The service is validating user demand, item categories, budget ranges, and operational feasibility. Features, fees, sourcing availability, and payment workflows may change before public launch.

No payment today

The current flow does not charge users. The checkout preview is intercepted by the waitlist modal while payment security and sourcing operations are being prepared.

Sourcing limitations

• CatchK may not be able to identify or source every submitted item.
• Exact matches, similar matches, and inspired alternatives must be labeled separately.
• Users should approve any later quote before a real purchase is made.
• Shipping availability, customs rules, duties, and import restrictions may vary by destination country.

Counterfeit and prohibited items

CatchK does not source counterfeit goods, illegal replicas, restricted products, or items that knowingly infringe third-party rights. Requests may be rejected when they conflict with this policy.

User submissions

Users are responsible for submitting item clues and notes that help identify the desired product. Screenshots should be used only for item-identification context during the beta.

Future fees

The intended commercial model may include item cost, Korea handling, international shipping, and a CatchK sourcing fee. Waitlisted beta users may receive a first successful match sourcing-fee waiver as described on the landing page.
